Locker-Supply.com representing ABAL worked closely with one of our large customers who makes a lot of changes around their facilities throughout the year. For this specific project, they asked us to relocate all of their structural cantilever rack from one side of their facility to the other. The customer unloaded all of the racks for us and we were off to the races. Once all of the new racks were in place, we shimmed them, anchored the uprights and cleaned up. The racks the we relocated were a structural cantilever rack style. We have moved pallet rack for this customer around their facility as well. The structural cantilever rack in this pictures has 48" long arms with capacities at 1600#'s per arm. We offer heavier duty cantilever rack arms if your storage needs require it. The advantages of cantilever rack are that the uprights can be either single sided or double sided meaning you can have arms on both sides of the uprights. Common products to store on cantilever racks would be sheets of wood, metal, lumber, steel bars and pipes.
